This class was nothing short of amazing. I was in Nola for 4 days and it was the highlight of the trip. It wasn’t heavy duty cooking. It was more prep work, slicing and dicing, cooked shrimp, chicken and veggies. The chef was so knowledgeable/patient. It didn’t feel overwhelming, and I learned quite a bit. They provided an assortment of wine/beverages. The food was absolutely fantastic!!! And they provided containers for leftovers. I will definitely take this class again the next time I’m there.
