What you'll do:

Begin your New Orleans fantasy cooking experience in the French Quarter. Enjoy creating your cajun and creole menu when you don your aprons and begin learning new recipes, cooking great dishes, and then enjoy the fruits of your labor. Each student is taught professional techniques, the secrets of seasonings, and the preparation of selected recipes while learning the history of Louisiana's world-famous cuisine.
