With over a decade of experience in some of the world's finest kitchens from NYC to Europe to New Orleans, Chef Adam Mayer has a diverse culinary background and skill set. As true hospitality professionals, we strive to create a whole experience, starting with the best food you'll find anywhere. Adam is the Chef and Owner of several of New Orleans' "most exciting pop ups" (Eater Nola) including Txow Txow Pintxos, Latke Daddy, and Donostia Supper Club and Catering.

    Offering crawfish during season (December to June), shrimp year round, plus all the classic and custom fixings you need! We'll set it all up and even show you how to peel crawfish like a true cajun.
