This is the perfect dining experience for your party! Why go out for dinner when you can have the pros come to your vacay rental and cook a seafood feast for you and your special guests?! We boil up the best crawfish, shrimp, and crab at your venue or home while you sip cold bevs and relax (seafood depends on the season and availability). This is a must-do when you're celebrating in New Orleans and one that you will never forget. We also offer drop off service of our boil—delivered hot and ready to eat; see booking options for details.

Founded by Evan Troxell in March 2016, Gulf Coast Crawfish Co. is a full-service catering company specializing in feeding small and large groups and can custom build a menu to fit your party or event. Boiled Crawfish, Boiled Shrimp, Raw Oyster Bar, Char-grilled Oysters, Gumbo, Jambalaya, Smoked and Grilled meats, and just about any other type of Southern Food is no challenge for us and sure to please!

    • A Backyard Seafood Boil cooked the Cajun way just like they do "Down the Bayou"!
    • Seafood extravaganza cooked just for you!
    • About 2.5 hours (we show up an hour before you would like to eat)
    • Seafood served family-style (table dump) OR buffet style.
    • Up to 20 guests! (for parties larger than 20 we offer the "Uptown" Boil Package)
    • We are down to earth, show y'all how we prepare, boil, eat and make sure you get your fill!
    • The only support we need from you is a place to boil and a hose hook-up!

    We provide a drop-off service in the Greater New Orleans area. Hot-boiled seafood delivered to your doorstep! No mess, no stress! Crawfish, shrimp, and crabs or a mix of each plus all the yummy boiled sides are an option. Freshly boiled seafood is delivered in leak-proof seafood boxes hot-out-the-pot to your doorstep. The same great flavor as our "Down the Bayou" boil delivered ready to enjoy! We include paper trays, napkins, and a scoop.

    6 person minimum.

    Our nautical-themed oyster bar will be the highlight of your event. Our staff will arrive and set up promptly, provide friendly and fast service, and keep shuckin' until the last bi-valve is gone! Our freshly shucked oysters are served ice cold and we provide all the necessary accouterments for the ultimate oyster enjoyment. We also offer galley service and can provide flame-fired oysters drowned in garlic butter and imported cheeses, served with charred French bread.
