Yoga, Movement & Sound Bath Experience

What you'll do:

This experience is curated for the group from the playlist, to the theme and movement included in the sequence. Haley designs a unique yoga/movement class to activate the body, she then guides a fun sequence that is themed for your group, after that you will lay down and she bathes you in sound frequencies for relaxation. She ends the experience with a guided connection activity and sharing circle.

A Sound Bath is an experience where one lays on the ground and is immersed in sounds from crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, rattles, and vocals.

About this experience partner:

Hello, my name is Haley and my business name is The Cosmic Artichoke. This business started as an art project and has since turned into my business where I offer Sound Healing Experiences, yoga/movement classes and psycho-spiritual life coaching to women and teens. I have been facilitating sound healing and yoga for 3 years and it has changed my life in many ways. This modality is where I am able to tap into my intuition and creativity to guide individuals to deeper states of consciousness and unfolding into who they most truly are. I use the artichoke as an analogy for this, as we move through life, we peel away the layers to remember our hearts; the space of Truth and Authenticity. Sound and movement are ways to practice this metaphorically peeling away of the old to invite in the new and true.
