What you'll do:

Haley creates a 2 hour customized ceremony for a bachelorette's sacred passageway to becoming a bride. This is what Haley believes bachelorette parties to be, a celebration with your fav ladies to send you off down the aisle. With the intentional use of sound healing instruments, Haley facilitates a sound bath experience for the group. She then guides a special moment for the bride and the women in her life. A Sound Bath is an immersive experience where a person lays down and bathes in frequencies from crystal singing bowls, gongs, rattles, chimes and voice. Haley calls her experiences a Sound Journey as she guides an experience through the story of your own life, while eliciting relaxation, creativity and connection. She is intuitively guided each time depending on the group's energy.

Hello, my name is Haley and my business name is The Cosmic Artichoke. This business started as an art project and has since turned into my business where I offer Sound Healing Experiences and psycho-spiritual life coaching to women and teens. I have been practicing sound healing for 3 years and it has changed my life in many ways. This modality is where I am able to tap into my intuition and creativity to guide individuals to deeper states of consciousness and unfolding into who they most truly are. I use the artichoke as an analogy for this, as we move through life, we peel away the layers to remember our hearts; the space of Truth and Authenticity. Sound is one way to practice this metaphorically peeling away of the old to invite in the new and true.

Haley created this offering as a way to pave a path for more things to do besides drinking alcohol for bachelorette parties. This offering was built after serving one client's bachelorette party. She thought that a bachelorette party is an event to celebrate the sacred passageway a bachelorette is embarking on to being a bride walking down the aisle. This is a mark of no-longer being single, she likes to call this a frequency upgrade or shift.
