DO NOT use this vendor unless you want deflated balloons and a setup that falls down after an hour of being put up. The adhesive hooks they used tore the paint and plaster right off the wall. I contacted them and they made no attempt to fix it and they have refused any kind of refund. We paid $300 for a hot mess! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
