I I would recommend skipping the app all together and booking directly with the vendors. Our vendor was incredible, but when he gave me his invoice it was less than what BACH charged me. When I questioned it with BACH they said it was gratuity,  but my vendor assured me that he left that optional on site based off of how we felt the service was.  It seems that BACH is charging their 10% and additional fees on top of that and labeling them as ‘gratuity’ but aren’t passing that to the vendor.

Thank you for helping us find this error. We are happy we were able to resolve this with you via email and also able to complete this vendor's gratuity payout for past parties. We have corrected the listing to now allow parties to tip at the event according to the vendor's wishes. We're thrilled you enjoyed the experience outside of this hiccup as we continue providing 5-star experiences for our parties!
