I had booked a hot air balloon flight for my best friend's birthday who was visiting from Seattle. Although our morning reservation ended up being canceled due to weather, they were able to reschedule us for that evening for a sunset ride and all in all it was absolutely worth it and the best thing that could have happened. Kyle was our pilot and I can't say enough great things about him. He was funny, calming, knowledgeable, and all-around amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! This company is number one with professionalism, hospitality and well trained balloon pilots. My sister and I did a sunset ride and the views and flight were amazing. Our safety was their priority and we felt this was the best company to choose for our trip! 5 stars will travel again with RR Crew!

The peak event for our honeymoon!! CJ was absolutely awesome pilot and we couldn't have asked for a better experience!! What an absolutely amazing thing to experience.. highly recommend!

Visited this location on 11/17/23 with a group of 4 friends. Jesse was our polite and he provided the best customer service as well as jokes (keep your day job lol) that helped calm our anxiety. In-flight was very smooth and relaxing as Jesse also pointed out some locations and views. Bucket List Approved....

My sisters and I had the best time ever. We rode with Jesse who was assisted by David, they were beyond amazing. So kind and inviting. Jesse shared so many cool facts and fun jokes along the ride. The ride is so amazing and we felt so safe with them. The views are insanely gorgeous, you’ll have lots of opportunities to take pictures. After the ride, the toast was a beautiful way to end the trip. Thank you so much to Jesse, David, and all Rainbow Ryder employees for making our ride so enjoyable!!
