Abbey is great. She was very responsive to my physical needs, and her teaching style is wonderfully breath focused. She provides clear corrections and praise, and her flows have great structure. I'm grateful for the opportunity to practice with her, and would happily recommend her to others seeking a personal yoga instructor.

I loved yoga with Abbey! She was so encouraging and presented so much diversity in the type of stretches during the session, along with teaching us the proper breathing techniques, and catered it to our level of expertise. I felt amazing afterwards! She was so sweet and knowledgeable and super flexible and accommodating to our needs. She was also super responsive when it came to booking. All we had to do was show up and she brought everything we needed. I would definitely recommend her and will likely use her again!

Abbey is great. She will tailor the practice to suit your needs and levels. Challenging but relaxing. I've practiced yoga for 25 years now and Abbey knows what she's doing!

She was amazing and so so sweet! We hired Abby for a friends bachelorette party and it was fantastic. She really made it super special (champs and adorable cups). She customized the music and the yoga session to our needs. I would 1000% recommend.

Abbey was SERIOUSLY AMAZING! She was very responsive leading up to the class, and made it out to our location even after a big storm came through and trees blocked some road access! She led a stellar yoga class - it was exactly what we were hoping for in a class. I am a certified yoga teacher, and I wanted a special class for my birthday - I could not be happier that we found Abbey for the role. Teaching a private yoga class in someone's home is different from teaching in a studio or gym, and Abbey clearly knows what she is doing to navigate some of the dynamics when people are in their own space. Not only did she lead a great class, but she did not miss a beat when some of the class participants would start talking or step away from class. She allowed us to be comfortable in our space, take breaks, and explore the yoga shapes. Her cues were very helpful and we all felt great after the class. She is friendly and professional.

This class inspired our bride to join a yoga studio in her hometown. It was so relaxing, and a great way to start our trip! The instructor was kind and helped us do moves that were appropriate for our bodies. We already talked about coming back and doing another private class for our other friends bach party!
