What a memorable experience. For my annual mom's birthday trip Cathy led a yoga class for our group of 5 at our airbnb. Cathy got to know us and personalized our class to our needs. It was an amazing overall wellness experience both physically and mentally. I had read Cathy's great reviews ahead of time but she really surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend. Would love to take a class again if I am back in the area.

100% goodness! Cathy was an incredible host - willing to personalize our experience and was very flexible when the weather did not cooperate. She is an excellent yogi, able to engage beginners and advanced students alike. Highly recommend!

We did beach yoga for my bachelorette and Cathy exceeded our expectations! She met us close to our Airbnb, was super communicative, and was so kind. We were a mix of yoga level and she made us all feel so comfortable. It was honestly a magical experience and I couldn't recommend it more! Everyone was raving about what a great way that was to start our trip.

This was a great experience! I do a lot of yoga but have never done it on the beach which made for a magical practice. Cathy was a great instructor and provided many options throughout the class. I would definitely do this again if we were in San Diego.

Cathy is very sweet and gentle. She made it very easy to locate the chosen spot and she also added a short essential temple massage which was so amazing and the perfect add on to the experience!

This was the best! So relaxing. Cathy was so sweet and such a great instructor. I really enjoyed my time and I left feeling so relaxed and at peace. The temple massages was also a great added plus. She provided a mat and water as well. 10/10!!

Cathy is an excellent yoga instructor. She made yoga on the beach super special with meditation, vinyasa, flow, positive energy, and relaxation. Amazing coach throughout the whole time.

Aside from being extremely kind and cute, Cathy is an amazing Yoga instructor. We were celebrating my sisters bachelorette and Cathy made sure to incorporate a few activities in relation to our celebration. In addition, she accommodated us at another bay instead of the beach since were a bit further out. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for yoga @ the beach in SD!

This was an wonderful experience. Kathy is a great instructor and she crafted a great workout and stretching lesson. She’s friendly, helpful, and ensures you’re comfortable the entire time. Kathy even tailored the lesson to our physical needs. I was astonished how light and happy I felt after our time with her. Highly Recommend for anyone looking to release tension in your body and mind. A splendid time.

We had the best experience doing yoga on the beach with Cathy. Her kind demeanor and warmth made us all feel so comfortable and cared for. Our group of 14 women were in town for a bachelorette party and she made our experience so special and individualized. She encouraged us to take care of ourselves and honor the important female friendships in our lives. We talked about Cathy and her beach yoga for the rest of our trip!
