We offer a variety of yoga, aerial, fitness, standup paddle board, drum circles, & wellness classes for all levels. We also have spa amenities which include a Halotherapy Infrared Sauna with Chromotherapy, & Aromatherapy, Float Pod, Massage, & Aroma Touch Therapy. Add on Tarot Card readings, IV Infusions and more. Best of all you get to experience our One-of-a-kind climate-controlled yoga dome.

We offer a variety of yoga, fitness, & wellness classes for all levels.

Take your yoga practice off land and on to the water with Stand up Paddle board fitness and yoga classes. Learn the fundamentals of paddleboarding first on land and then join us in the water as we warm up with a paddle to a floating yoga studio.

Join us in our One-of-a-kind Yoga Dome surrounded with tropical plants and a view of Lake of the Ozarks. Our Yoga Dome has tinted glass, air and heat so it is climate controlled and open year round. We offer several day retreats though out the year.

Private Sessions available for Bachelorette/Bachelor, Family Reunion, Work Events, or one-on-one! The Dome is also available for rent for events, small wedding, baby shower, bridal shower, etc.

    Class will be designed for the group. We can do a yoga type class or a general paddle class adjusting for beginners to advanced paddle boarders & yogis. The class begins with a brief on-land paddle and safety instruction. We’ll take a short paddle to warm up as well as to get accustomed to the movement and balance of the board. Next, we’ll clip each board to the namastation and begin the class on Lake of the Ozarks. There will be options for beginners as well as more challenging options for those with a bit more experience. All equipment is included.
