It rained during our bus ride time so they pushed our start time back 15 minutes. Which was fine, but then they brought us back to the place 15 minutes early as well, cutting our time by almost 20 minutes. We brought it to their attention and nothing was done.

The actual party bus was the BEST! So much fun. The customer service was horrible behind the scenes. They cancelled our private bus due to a “bus breaking down” and promised all these things but did not deliver. We were told we were lying about the things promised and were left stranded. I would chose a different company for this purpose.
