What you'll do:

In Scottsdale, it’s all about detox to retox! Slow Burn offers your group a high quality mat Pilates session with an optional luxury picnic.

Let’s start your day off right with a 50-minute private class at a peaceful location of your choice. Tessa will cater a workout to your group's experience level. All equipment, set up, and clean up would be provided, giving your party crew time to connect. Have the option to rest & enjoy an Insta-worthy picnic after working up a sweat!

This entire experience is curated to fit your groups wants and needs. Book in the morning to ease into your day, or in the afternoon as a pre-game to your night (hello mimosas!). You choose the time, we handle the rest!

Tessa founded Slow Burn with the hopes to bring her bubbly personality and certified Pilates knowledge together in an engaging group experience. Having been a bride and party planner herself, she understands that regrouping and reviving after a night out is beyond necessary for a successful party weekend! Moving your body is an amazing way to physically reset for another memorable night, but Tessa knew there could be more to offer. Thinking up the best way to mentally reset with friends in a positive, vibey way, there seemed to be only one great answer....Enter: luxury picnic✨

Whether you lean towards fruit, coffee and a nice bagel to reset for your day, or you know there’s nothing better than a perfect mimosa to revive your soul, our picnics are personalized to fit your groups needs and any dietary specifications!

We will take time to slow down, connect to your group, and de-stress. Using our time to realign for your weekend, this added bonus will be a perfect reset to continue celebrating the party crew!

Additional information:

-50 minute custom Pilates class, tailored to your groups experience level and desired activity level

-Personalized picnic, with a special pillow for the guest-of-honor!

-We do not provide alcohol, but can provide 'everything BUT the champagne' for your mimosa sparked morning

-Custom playlist provided, if preferred

-Group photos before and after class, and our assistant will grab photos of your group in action so you can show off your skill!

-Travel and parking fees may be required pending event location

-No set up or clean up required by you! You schedule, we do the rest!

-Due to heat in the summer, classes can be outdoors if before 9am. Between June-August, classes after 9am will be indoors. All picnics will be inside if booking between June-August.
