Southern BYOB Brunch Buffet at Let's Eat Austin

What you'll do:

What’s the best meal of the whole week? The one served with champagne in the sunshine, of course! Well, you bring the bubbles and we’ll supply fresh, seasonal juices/purées for mimosas. Let’s eat, too! We’ll make buttery, layered, flaky biscuits, southern fried chicken, and whipped honey butter to achieve chicken biscuit heaven. Southern-style potato hash, pimento cheese grits, and a crisp, light fruit salad will complete your buffet. Please pass the grits!

About this experience partner:

Though I've always had a habit of nourishing my loved ones with my food, I didn't enroll in culinary school until 2014, three years after receiving my diploma from UVA. There I met my business partner, Aaron, who had done virtually the same thing. Years later, Aaron worked with Whitney at Otoko/Watertrade in the South Congress Hotel. Our friendship blossomed into Let's Eat Austin--Aaron is a methodical food engineer, Whitney is an esoteric cocktail maven, and I'm a culinary comedian. We teach cooking and cocktail classes with gusto!

Additional information:

You won't need to bring anything but the beverages you'd like to enjoy--we have glassware covered.

Cute matching aprons are encouraged but definitely not required.
