What you'll do:
Bring fine dining to your party rental with BabyBlu Catering! You’ll indulge in an array of globally inspired dishes, reimagined for you. Dishes from the Tuscan landscape meet the crystal blue waters of the Mediterranean with a South Asian twist await you and your party! Along side these dishes, you’ll have delicious wine paired perfectly with your meals. If you wanted to join in we can set up cooking class experiences or let Chef Vinny create these dishes while you enjoy your time with your friends.
When your meal is ready you’ll enjoy it on a table set with your dishes, shareable plates and plenty of wine! The chef will take care of cleaning and resetting your property while you enjoy your specialty curated menu!

My name is Vinny Bhatia and I am the owner of BabyBlu Catering. We’re a NYC based luxury catering company that specializes in global cuisine, utilizing influences from all over the world when curating our menus. We take influences from India, the Mediterranean, etc to ensure that each menu we make is unique to the client. We offer catering, private chef services as well as event planning! We will ensure your experiences is unforgettable.
