Wings Air Helicopters is a New York based commercial helicopter company. Founded in 2002 and proud holder of numerous safety awards, we fly a state-of-the-art fleet of helicopters throughout the northeastern United States. Services range from charter, New York tours, flight instruction and aerial cinematography.
Additional information:
- Subject to favorable weather conditions and helicopter maintenance; if canceled due to these reasons, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
- Tours depart and arrive at Westchester County Airport in White Plains, a relaxed crowd-free location just outside NYC easily accessed by public transit (Metro-North rail from Grand Central Terminal) or car (free parking).
- Convenient roundtrip transfers are available from anywhere in Manhattan for additional fee (if option booked). Rates are based on regular cars.
- Maximum weight 250 lbs (113 kg) per person. The type of helicopter used will depend on availability and the total number of passengers.
- Fall foliage tours are subject to actual color changes and available between September 15 and November 15.
- Routes are subject to change based on weather, air traffic control and temporary flight restrictions.
- Children 18 years and under must be accompanied by an adult or have parental consent.
- Children under 2 years old fly at no cost if they can safely fit on parent's lap.
- Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phones are not allowed on helicopter flights.
- Wheelchair accessible. Please contact tour operator for more information.
- Airport fees ($35 per person) are not included in prices and payable directly to tour operator.
