Is it a club, or is it fitness?! Imagine a space bathed in electric blue lights, with playlists curated by a DJ that set the rhythm for an exhilarating workout experience. In our signature class, we bring the best of both worlds together. Pulse and shake your way through 50 minutes of high-energy fitness that combines barre work and isometric movements, all while grooving to the hottest beats. We're not just about breaking a sweat; we're about having a blast while doing it.

With an array of props at your disposal and heart-pounding music to keep you going, our classes are designed to make fitness feel like a party. So, put on your dancing shoes (or sneakers), and let's pulse, shake, and move together in style!

Additional information:

  • No shoes in the studio, socks REQUIRED. We have grippy socks for sale in the studio if you forget.
  • You will have access to the studio for 30 minutes after your class ends.
  • Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the start of your first class so that you can check in and get settled.
