• Safety Instructor will provide lessons and safety equipment.  
• Gratuity for the captain and crew is not included in the final price.
• Included: Bottled Water, Ice, Ocean Safe Ammo + Targets, Shotguns, & Safety Gear.
• You are welcome to bring your choice of beverages, cold snacks, or prepared sandwiches on board. No hot food or red wine/red beverages allowed onboard.
• No smoking inside the cabin.
• Zero tolerance policy- No illegal drugs, firearms, ammo, or weapons of any kind onboard.
• In the event of a marine weather alert or hurricane/tropical storm where passengers have not boarded the boat, the reservation can be rescheduled or receive a full refund/full reinstatement of a complimentary reward (if applicable). Any charter may be canceled by the chartering company at the company’s discretion up to the time of charter. In the event passengers have boarded the boat and are unable to leave due to weather, the Customer will receive a 50% refund. In the event the boat leaves the dock and needs to return due to weather, there will be no refunds.
• $1200 Security Deposit is required prior to departure to cover any damages that may occur, including but not limited to clogs in the toilet, food or beverage spills, damaged furnishings, or equipment.
