Walking Food Tour of Downtown Encinitas

What you'll do:

Come experience the world famous Southern California food culture, through a delectable 6-course meal from local eateries!

Learn all about the history and culture of North County San Diego, while sipping on local beer and munching on cultural cuisine in the laid back beach town of Encinitas.

Being the birthplace of the California yoga movement, with it's coastal surf vibes and glamorous celebrity history, Encinitas has emerged as one of the most charming and lively neighborhoods along the San Diego coastline, and is jam packed with gourmet food and a quirky culture.

We will meet in front of the Encinitas Fellowship building, and start with an intro about the tour, including the restaurants and food that you'll be enjoying, followed by a brief discussion of the history of Encinitas before heading to our first restaurant.

We will sample local cuisine and explore the area of downtown Encinitas over a 3 hour walking tour, which includes 6 different restaurants, sampling food and/or alcohol at each stop, and discussing local art, history, culture, and more in-between each restaurant.

Each tour is carefully curated to include six local eateries, including food, alcoholic beverages, sweets, and savory dishes. You'll get a complete progressive meal over a 3 hour walking tour, experiencing the beauty of Encinitas and it's culture every step of the way.

• Walking Tour start at 11 AM
• Wear comfortable shoes
• Total amount of walking is roughly 1-1.5 miles
• Plan to be on the tour for 3 hours
• We can accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free guests on the tour, but there may not always be a perfect alternative at each stop to accommodate all food allergies and preferences
