Private Morning or Sunset Hike and Yoga Tour (Available April 15 - September 30)

What you'll do:

This trailhead is located just off the Blue Ridge Parkway --- we will hike this short but moderate trail (steeper in some areas, less than a mile to the top). Halfway up, you'll stop at a gazebo to experience a group meditation, then your guide will lead you to the mountain bald where you will enjoy an all-levels friendly yoga class at 5600ft!

• We will send you directions (+ Google maps link) to the trailhead location once your booking is confirmed.
• Lodging in the Downtown, North, or East Asheville areas are closest to the trails we use.
• What to wear: comfortable closed-toe shoes and multiple layers for warm, cold, and possibly rain.
• Weather & forecasts change frequently in the mountains and temperatures may be up to 20º cooler than in town.
