What you'll do:

Get ready to get your heart pumping and bring the hype during this 45-minute rhythmic ride. From fast sprints to heavy climbs, let the rave lights, loud music, and support from your instructor and fellow riders take your workout experience to the next level. Our signature Wheelhaus class includes choreography for all levels, as well as an upper-body toning portion. We promise nothing else as it exists in the 504!

Hype Haus is a woman-owned, inclusive fitness studio in the heart of New Orleans. We offer indoor cycling, step aerobics, and circuit training. We focus on putting the fun back into working out and we support...or hype one another up in the process. We are a high-energy studio that welcomes everybody. We don't do boring, we don't do mediocre.

Socks are required.

Cycling shoes are required, but provided at no additional charge

BYOB, no glass

Please bring water bottles so you stay hydrated during class. We have water for sale + water filling stations

I love Hype Haus!! The classes are high energy, motivating and SO fun! I had my first spin class there last night. If you want to challenge yourself while having a great time, come to this studio! I will definitely be back.

AMAZING. Never would I have thought I would actually enjoy a cycling class but then I did one here and absolutely loved it! The team was so nice and welcoming. The music and vibes are everything you need to get energized. Sara was our instructor and she was so supportive and made it fun. The team is clearly passionate about what they do!

Only ever done a few spin classes so definitely still a beginner to it, but this place was amazing. Made you feel so welcome, helped get you set up and the instructor Sarah seriously hyped you up! She was awesome keeping you engaged, understanding the moves and having a hell of a good time. Great for new riders and advanced alike!

This fitness studio is truly the best of the best. The atmosphere is perfect and their equipment is top of the line. I have been to a lot of cycle classes in the past, but none compare to hype haus. The workout will push you to your absolute limit, but with a smile on your face the whole time. You honestly just have to take one to understand :) I will definitely be returning in the future.
