What you'll do:

You and your group will enjoy a total wellness experience with state-of-the-art infrared sauna cabins comes equipped chromo-therapy lighting + aromatherapy, two cold plunge tubs, and a saltwater hot hydrotherapy hot tub. Löyly is located in the heart of Montrose in Houston and offers an alternative to our guests to relax and connect with your group so you can detox, recharge, and keep the party going!

You can choose an experience in our shared space with the Löyly community or book a totally private session or party in our beautiful lounge.

We offer adaptogenic lattes and mocktails and curated retail selections to enhance your experience and uplevel your wellness.

For private bookings we offer add ones including custom mocktails and local food options and you are able to BYOB after your private session.

Löyly Sauna Lounge is located in the heart of the trendy Montrose neighborhood and offers the ultimate wellness experience in our beautifully designed shared space. With our four four-person infrared saunas, two cold plunge tubs, and a five-person hot hydrotherapy tub to promote health, healing, and connection.

Additional information:

  • Guests should bring a full-coverage bathing suit or tight-fitting athletic wear to experience the amenities in our shared space. Non-slip slides or sandals are encouraged. Towels are provided, but some guests love a robe or cover up to move between amenities.
  • For private bookings, BYOB is allowed, but all guests are discouraged from drinking before experiencing the sauna and plunges.
