He'll handle the cleanup, too, leaving your crew with full, contented bellies and no concerns as you gear up for the night's festivities.

About this experience partner:
Chef Joshua Alkire graduated from culinary school in 1998 and has worked professionally since 1997. While working at Hornblower Cruises and Events he honed his catering skills which have been an essential part of his personal chef business. His fine dining credits come from two established San Diego classics: Le Fountainbleu at the renowned Westgate Hotel, and the Bradley-Ogden-inspired menus of Bertrand at Mr. A’s. He’s been a personal chef since 2002 and is still loving it!

Additional info:

• Menus are spontaneous to the market that day and are not pre-planned; however, all special requests are welcomed!
• The cost is $100 per person for a complete multi-protein dinner with dessert and appetizers
• Chef Josh arrives 3-4 hours prior to the meal
• Server available upon request: $150 for the evening
• Gratuity is not included in the cost.
