Or, if you're looking for more a fiery practice, Catherine can also lead you through powerful vinyasa flow.

About this experience partner:

With over a decade of practice and six years as an instructor, Catherine Haut is passionate about sharing the balancing, connecting, and empowering essence of yoga. Catherine first studied yoga at the Nexus Institute for Yoga & Wellness in Nosara, Costa Rica. She later spent two more years teaching and training in yoga in Costa Rica. She is certified in Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, and Meditation.
