About this experience

What you'll do:

I generally offer 3-5 course plated menus starting at $85 per guest, however I am very flexible and will work to develop a menu fitting to the guests preferences and/or dietary restrictions. My services include menu consultation, purchasing of raw ingredients, food preparation on site, service of all courses, and clean up of the kitchen.

About this experience partner:

My name is chef Tyler Ritari and I am a classically trained chef from Johnson & Wales University with extensive experience within the food and restaurant industry. Since the beginning of 2020, I have been working directly with clients as a personal chef. My services include menu consultation, purchasing of raw ingredients, food preparation on site, service of all courses, and clean up of the kitchen.

Additional information:

On the day of the dinner, I will supply the following:

  • Cookware (pots, pans, etc.)
  • Utensils (Knives, Cutting boards, spatula, etc)
  • All Food items

On the day of the dinner, I do NOT supply the following:

  • Tablecloths or table decorations
  • Plates, glasses, or silverware
  • Service ware (e.g. tongs for family style service)

    Rainbow beet salad - honey roasted beets, whipped goat cheese, frisee, pickled cantaloupe, tarragon vinaigrette.

    Main Course
    Atlantic Salmon - crispy skinned salmon, cauliflower and potato puree, kidney bean, lemon taragon dressing, parsley, chive, fennel.

    Dessert
    Chocolate Lava Cake - Chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, caramel, vanilla bean ice cream.

    Charcuterie board -Calabrese, Prosciutto di parm, Sopressata Salami , Manchego , Roquefort, Brie du Pommie, Aged Gouda , Castelvatrano Olives , Grapes, Praline Pecans , Garlic-tomato toasted baguette, Cornichons

    Appetizer
    Sweet potato gnocchi - buckwheat, chorizo, sage brown butter, sun dried tomatoes, mixed mushrooms, arugula, parmesan, parsley oil.

    Main Course
    Italian Braised Short ribs - slow cooked short ribs, rosemary pomme puree, roasted asparagus and rainbow carrots, red wine demi glace.

    Dessert
    Creme Brulee - custard, burnt sugar, whipped topping, macerated strawberries.

    5 Course menu consisting of hors d'oeuvres, salad, appetizer, main course, and dessert. The menu is completely customizable, however an example menu can be found below:

    hors d'oeuvres (2 or 3 per menu depending upon party size)
    -Pastrami bites - pastrami, pickled mustard seeds, cabbage puree, pumpernickel crisps, pickled red onion.
    -Mint-olive tapenade - kalamata olives, mint, Figs, capers, toasted sourdough baguette.
    -Fried oysters - mignonette, seaweed salad, pickled red onion.

    Salad
    Watermelon and Feta salad - watermelon, marinated feta, mint pesto, watercress.

    Appetizer
    Potato Croquettes - russet potatoes, ginger carrot puree, wilted spinach, smoked garlic, horseradish cream.

    Main Course
    Crispy Skinned Duck - Pea Puree, farro, lima bean and corn succotash, pomegranate-orange demi glace, duck fat chicharrons.
