What you'll do:
Get ready to elevate your senses and embark on a journey of deep rejuvenation with Ascend! In this one-hour sound bath experience, we will harnesses the power of crystal bowls and transport you to a state of profound relaxation. To ensure your utmost comfort, I'll arrive early to set up cushioned mats and provide organic bamboo eye masks, creating the perfect space of tranquility.
We will begin with gentle breathwork to help you ground yourself and establish a profound connection with the space around you. From there, you'll be guided into a state of deep relaxation before we immerse ourselves in the enchanting sounds of the soundbath. Ascend is designed to harmonize your energy, creating a sense of balance and serenity. It's an opportunity to release tension, calm the nervous system, and renew both body and mind. As a certified sound therapist with over five years of experience, I'm dedicated to curating an unforgettable journey that leaves you feeling refreshed and revitalized.

The Sukha Life means to live easy and provides ways for people to feel better naturally. Lisa is a certified sound therapist, kundalini yoga and meditation teacher, reiki master and works with women to bring ease into their lives through emotional self-care.
Additional information:
-I provide up to 16 cushioned yoga mats and eye masks.
-Dress comfortably.
-You will need to provide a pillow and (optional) blanket.
-You will need to designate a space indoors, or out (weather permitting) where everyone can lay down comfortably.
-I need the space of two yoga mats side-by-side to set up in.
-I arrive 15-30 minutes prior to start of event to set up.
-20% gratuity included in the cost.
-Travel fees added outside beyond a 30 minute drive from Palm Springs.
