Additional information:
- Clients are required to fill out a health history and consent form prior to getting an IV infusion.
- Consult with physician via tele-health at first appointment and vitals are taken by Registered Nurse to ensure you are eligible for infusion. If you're overall healthy with no extensive medical history, this should not be a problem!
- Gratuity included in price (15% for 2-4 people, 20% for 5+ people)
