Whether you're looking to unwind and relax from the busy day, or manifest all the high-vibe energy for the day ahead, Reiki Master and Spiritual Teacher, Devon DeGilio will bring the zen. During this 2-hour event, you will learn how to tune in to your body to recognize imbalances and blockages within your energy. Devon will guide your group through a gentle meditation to help you shift into a state of groundedness and balance. She will then facilitate Reiki healing, a Japanese energy healing technique, to activate natural energy flow that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Devon DeGilio is a Reiki Master, Spiritual Teacher, and Founder of Enlighten & Empower. Her passion and mission are guiding others in trusting their inner knowing, uncovering their soul purpose, and embodying their personal power. She firmly believes in a world where every human feels empowered to create their reality and contribute to the world in their own unique way.

As an empath, self-healer, and former Special Education Teacher, Devon's superpower has always been seeing and bringing out the light in others. In 2022, Devon followed her soul-calling to establish her spiritual business, and has since grown her clientele and community of Spiritual Seekers. Today, she serves to help others heal, grow, and expand in all aspects of their lives through 1:1 energy healing, group coaching, and her co-hosted podcast, Mind Meets Body & Soul.
