Prepare to step into a world like no other at Area 53 – a massive 20,000-square-foot indoor airsoft and paintball arena in Brooklyn that's filled combat zone intensity and fun. Since its establishment in 2018, this space has been the ultimate destination for both airsoft and paintball enthusiasts. Imagine navigating through a landscape of real-life obstacles, from roadblocks to stranded vehicles, strategically placed to provide cover from flying projectiles and rival opponents. In team competitions, squads gain an edge when they take over one of the two-story forts; this type of gameplay is ideal for groups, private events, and company outings, but individuals are welcome as well—walk-ins are welcome. A public sitting area accommodates players between games as they recuperate between games with food and drink.

    Please show up 30 minutes before your session to make time for instructions and set-up. Games during sessions work in rotations with a maximum of 3 groups and up to 30 players per group. Each game takes around ten minutes to complete and resting time takes place in-between rotations. You are guaranteed 3 games per session as long as you follow instructions and check in on time. Feel free to bring in your own food and drinks, or order delivery, for in-between your games. We have a few public sitting areas that you and your friends can hang out in!

    Please note: We suggest you be at least 12 years old to play! If you would like to bring a younger player/s it's at parents'/guardians' discretion.

    Spectators: Due to the new COVID restrictions we need to limit the number of spectators in the facility with each group. Please note, that if you are planning to bring spectators they will be charged for admission whether they play or not.
