You'll be dancing with NovaPulse co-founder, Carla Mae, an accomplished dancer, choreographer, and ACE-certified fitness instructor hailing from Chicago. She combines her professional performance experience with science-based fitness programming to get you jumping higher and squatting deeper than you ever knew possible. Who knew 60 minutes of non-stop dance cardio and sculpting could be so much fun? Bring your smiles and lace up your sneakers, because it’s time to DANCE!
Additional information:
-Gym shoes are recommended, no other equipment is necessary.
-Please inform the instructor before class starts if any participants are injured or pregnant so appropriate modifications can be offered.
