Based out of Austin, TX, Gebby's BBQ & Catering offers delicious smoked meats and sides for your event. Led by owner Chris Gebhardt, our team takes great pride in their meat preparation process. We use wood-fired pits filled with post oak wood, and slow smoke each piece of meat for an unforgettable flavor. We offer a variety of menu options including brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken, sausage, and our signature gouda mac and cheese with smoked bacon. Options are also available for those who follow vegan and vegetarian diets.
