In this one-hour yoga class, you’ll wake up and get your body and mind right with a private yoga class at a peaceful venue of your choice. Move with the breath and find your flow to the beat of the bride-to-be's favorite songs. There’s no better way to sweat out the hangover, harmonize the crew, and help the group de-stress!

All of Bride Vibe Yoga's instructors are a ton of fun and shine within every class style (never more than the bride of course)! Our instructors' number one goal is for parties to have a free-spirited, fun experience on the mat. Classes are generally upbeat, heartfelt, and of course, super social with your besties. All skill levels are welcome and instructors are happy to modify the class and poses so everyone can achieve that yogi high. Every session ends with cold lavender eye towels, leaving the party crew in a yoga-stoned savasana where all feels right with the world.
