  The minimum group size is 10, or the equivalent minimum spend ($700)
  
  Menu:

  • Futomaki/maki (rice on the inside), Uramaki (rice on the outside), Topped uramaki, and Nigiri.

  What we will do:

  • Learn the ins and outs of the sushi industry
  • Make sushi rice
  • Dissect your favorite restaurant's menu
  • Recreate your favorite rolls and items

  I will reach out to you ahead of time to get ideas for what kind of rolls you're interested in making.
  
  Premium items available upon request for an upcharge (i.e uni, toro, scallops, etc.)
  
  The class can be GF, Vegetarian, or Vegan upon request.

  Enjoy grab-and-go sushi (rolls, hand rolls, and nigiri), all customized to your liking.

  The standard package includes unlimited sushi with proteins (tuna, spicy tuna, salmon, spicy salmon, shrimp tempura, crab, crab salad, yellowtail, eel, etc.)
  
  Upgraded items such as uni, toro, scallop, king crab, lobster, etc can be added on at an additional cost.
  
  Additional sides can also be added at an additional cost: egg rolls, seaweed salad, gyoza/dumplings, edamame, fried rice, Japanese BBQ, and more!
