Empowering Fight Club Boxing Class

What you'll do:
Ding Ding is group fitness inspired by boxing. 3 rounds of boxing with strength and core work in between. In other words, 50 minutes of fun and fierceness. Strap up, throw down. The best part? Each round of boxing is meant to be a progression. We’re taking the guesswork (and hopefully a little intimidation) out of it. Round 1 is meant to be foundational, Round 2 is where we step up our game and get cuter with combos, and Round 3 is the cherry on top.

Opening our doors on August 8th, 2022, we've been welcomed with open arms as Dallas' (dare we say the world's?) first group fitness boxing concept that is fun, approachable, and you actually learn punches while the dopest playlist is lighting up that room.

We offer glove rental, quick wrap purchase, and water purchase.

Gloves are required, but quick wraps are fully optional. Got your own? Sweet. Feel free to bring it.

The water filling station is inside the studio if you bring your own bottle.

We don't have showers in our restrooms, but you know what we do have? Tons of parking. See ya soon to strap up and throw down.
