SESSION Pilates is a reformer Pilates studio that offers a full mind and body experience to get you out of your head and connected to movement. Get ready for a 50-minute, beat-based, high-intensity reformer Pilates class using the Allegro 2 reformer. Our music-driven method focuses on quick transitions that keep you moving from one exercise to the next, minimizing time wasted and keeping you in sync and focused on the workout.

About this experience partner:

SESSION Pilates opened the doors to its first studio in 2016, located in Dallas' Uptown/Knox Henderson area. The following year, the studio expanded to Lakewood. In 2019, SESSION opened its third studio in Dallas, located on Lovers Lane in University Park. The studio opened its fourth location in Plano—the first outside of Dallas—in 2021. We are able to host parties at any of our four studios, just let us know which one works best for your group!

Additional information:

Pilates grip socks are required. You can purchase them in-studio for $10.

We sell Live to Give bottled waters at all studios for $3.

We recommend you wear something that is comfortable to move in that you would traditionally wear to work out or do yoga.

We do not allow first-time clients who are pregnant. If you are pregnant and have NEVER taken a class at SESSION Pilates prior to becoming pregnant, we kindly ask that you wait to take your first session with us until you are no longer pregnant.
