About this experience partner:
Asheville Mountain Kitchen has been operating in Asheville for the past 7 years. Ofri is a home cook who has been teaching cooking for the past 16 years. A Harvard graduate in architecture ('06), Ofri shifted her focus to cooking, first with Ofri's home Cooking and recently with Asheville Mountain Kitchen. She owns and runs a cooking school that teaches cooking classes from around the Mediterranean and Asia. Her specialty is simplifying cooking, giving her students the confidence to use their intuition and venture into new cuisines.
