Luv Collective is offering full reimbursements given the unfortunate circumstances.

Nashville

Honky Tonk Party Express
In lieu of the coronavirus, at this time Honky Tonk Party Express is offering guests a voucher that has no expiration date and is fully transferable should they choose/request to forgo an existing reservation.

Mural Photo Tour (Christy Hunter)
At this point, Nashville Mural Tour is offering a reschedule for groups who are no longer able to make it. However, we are offering refunds if groups have extenuating circumstances, such as domestic flight cancellations.

Nashville Party Barge
Nashville Party Barge, as with the rest of the Nashville Tourism industry are still conducting tours with the current Coronavirus. They are taking EXTRA precautions to play it safe by cleaning their vehicles after every tour. If you are unable to make your tour, they are issuing a year-long voucher that is transferable.

Nashville Pedal Tavern
Nashville Pedal Tavern has decided to cancel all reservations until March 31 and will provide full refunds for those canceled tours at this time.

Nashville Tractor
The Nashville Tractor’s policy is a full refund if the cancellation is at least 2 weeks out. Since they are still operating during this time, they are offering groups the ability to reschedule their tour to a later date or providing a 50% refund for those who would like to cancel altogether and are in the two-week range.

AUSTIN

Nauti ATX
Nauti ATX has a 7-day cancelation policy, and groups will receive a full refund if canceled before a week before their reservation. 

SAVANNAH

Savannah Slow Ride
At the moment, Savannah Slow Ride is open and operating with increased hygiene protocols. If groups want to cancel they just need to give 3 days’ notice for a full refund.

Las Vegas

Vegas Girls Night Out
On behalf of Vegas Girls Night Out, they have updated their reservation policies in the interest of all and will be offering refunds on all purchases through May 1, 2020.
