What you'll do:
Goat Yoga is a combination of animal therapy and a phenomenal yoga class. You’ll enjoy a refreshing yoga workout while goats run about the class, nibbling on yogis and jumping on their backs. Our goats have a calm zen-like, non-judgemental energy which allows yogis to relax, let go of any inhibitions, and experience an hour of pure joy from all of the goat love, all while reenergizing for the week.
When we say your cheeks will hurt from smiling and laughing, we aren’t kidding!

About this experience partner:
At Goat Yoga Tampa, we are not a farm. We often get asked that! These goats are our pets and they are forever members of our family. They will never be sold or displaced for any reason and we give them a fun and enriching life! They live in an adorable “tiny house” as their barn, which includes wallpaper, a multi-level loft, and a chandelier! Many goat yoga operations churn out babies when they get too big or “retire” babies by giving them away or selling them (sometimes as meat goats). We don’t believe that goat yoga is only about a goat jumping on you. It’s true animal therapy, all-natural stress relief. Our goats will be goat yoga goats as long as they want to be! Not all goat yoga groups are created equal. If animal welfare is important to you, be sure to investigate or ask questions before you book a goat yoga class!

Yoga attire is required
Bring your own drinking water and a yoga mat (or a large towel is fine)
Goats can jump and all animals can bite or nibble
Our goats are sweet, but please only book this experience if you want a UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL experience with goats.
Goats are not potty trained.
If there are members of your party who do not enjoy animals, they may sit and watch & not participate - our Land O Lakes location is a stunning location, lakeside.
Please only book if you are wanting an animal experience.

If you book at our Brewery location in Land O Lakes, you may stay at the brewery and purchase drinks and drink them lakeside after class (time permitting - meaning, if it's during the brewery's normal operating hours).
