Sunday Aerial Yoga Class (Beginner-Friendly)

What you’ll do:

From total beginners to advanced yogis, everyone in your group will love this fun 1-hour aerial yoga class. With the help of a hanging silk hammock, you’ll improve your strength and flexibility while breaking a light sweat. 

You can choose between gentle stretches or one-legged king pigeon poses. KTO will customize the class and poses just for your BACH!
