Experience the ultimate beach or park picnics with our luxury picnic parties! We take care of all the luxury setup and cleanup, ensuring a stress-free celebration. You can even bring your own decor to make it uniquely yours, and we will help incorporate them into the party! We make each picnic as personal as possible, and give you the option to choose your location, food and drink options, color schemes, and add-ons. We do all the work, and you do all the picnic-ing! We'll do the work; you just soak up the sun and savor the moment!

Do you offer dietary restriction options?
- Yes! Please note any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking your event.
What locations can we have a picnic in?
- We can operate in most parks and beaches in San Diego County. We comply with all San Diego County beach and park regulations. Please note that permits are required for larger groups (25+) in certain locations. We have several highly recommended locations listed on our site.
Can we have a picnic in our home or backyard?
- We love backyard picnics! Picnics at private locations are the best way to create an intimate and truly unique experience!
What happens if the weather is bad?
- If a bad turn in weather puts a damper on your event, we will reschedule your picnic for a future date.
What if I show up late or need to leave early?
- Please let us know as soon as possible if your start time no longer works for you. Any tardiness over 20 minutes may result in loss of your allotted picnic time. Additional time can be added to your picnic for a fee per 30 minutes. Leaving before the scheduled time is permitted, but we ask that you notify your Picnic Coordinator at least 10 minutes before departing.
What if something gets damaged or stained?
- We charge a replacement fee for any item broken, stained, or damaged.

Our picnic includes the whole setup - table, cushion seating, rug, a-frame structure, full place settings for each guest, and custom ambiance based on your theme. We also include a charcuterie board, fresh flowers, water, sparkling lemonade, ice, and a Bluetooth speaker.
Picnics in this booking option are a base price of $200 plus $55 per person.
