About this vendor:
Goat Yoga Nashville was inspired by a family member who has a high stress job as a fireman and happens to loves goats and yoga. So we decided what better way to honor him and help others de-stress than to start our very own goat yoga class in the Nashville area. Thus Goat Yoga Nashville was born. Naaaamaste.

it was so so much fun! We went during veterans day weekend (it was cold in nash and colder here in this city right outside of nash) but we were inside a nice heated tent. The yoga instructors were super nice & friendly. and the yoga was for beginners, phew! The goats were super cute & all dressed up in coats. If they had any accidents the team was super quick about getting it cleaned up. Many photo ops too! They allowed everyone to take their own group photos with the goats after the class!

Ok this was hilarious and made for great photos. The goats were so adorable in their bowties and sweaters, and seemed to enjoy the class as much as we did. It was also a really chill vibe! There were a couple more serious yoginis in our group (not I lol), but most of us honestly did more goat-petting than downward-dogging. We had gone pretty hard the night before, so this was a nice way to chill out and ‘detox’ while having a great time.
