OUR STORY: In planning my own Nashville bach party after becoming a 2020 "Covid bride" — I couldn’t find the fitness experience my crew and I were looking for. I wasn’t feeling pole dancing or goat yoga, but knew I couldn’t drag them to my kind of intense workout without a few being too sore to walk down the aisle a few days later and probably a little bit mad at me. My bridal party encompassed all fitness levels, from my Peloton queen bestie to a super buff bridesman, to a few others who are self-proclaimed workout haters (good thing they love me), and some who were even a few weeks postpartum. I wanted a fun, inclusive, private workout where we could listen to my favorite ratchet-ass music, pop some post-workout bottles, and snap some cute Polaroids.

I've toured across the country and worked for various studios, so from performing to instructing I've truly done it all, but what I didn't see was confidence, community or culture. In those competitive spaces, everyone was against each other and fighting for a "title" or "reason". I didn't want a reason to dance, I just wanted to feel good and I believe that others shouldn't have to jump through hoops to feel good.
