A 1-hour Irish dance-inspired Zumba workout. This is a great way to learn Irish dancing in an accessible, social way as an adult! Led by professional Irish dancers, each event brings together iconic elements of Irish dance such as posture and footwork in easy-to-follow patterns, modifiable for all levels.
End the class with a post-workout pint, on us! 🍀
