What you’ll do:
Get your mind and body right with a 1-hour private yoga class at a peaceful venue of your choice. You’ll shake off the hangover and let all those wedding worries fade away as you move with the breath and laugh with your girlfriends. There’s no better way to harmonize the squad and help the party crew de-stress before her special day!
Each session with Serenity Tree Yoga includes aromatherapy, yoga postures for all experiences, and deep relaxation.

General Locations
- Charleston Downtown Area - Mostly groups that are staying downtown.
- PARKS
- Waterfront Park - Waterfront is more open, has lots of palm trees, along the boardwalk out to the water, and has the famous Pineapple Fountain. You also may catch a dolphin sighting there!
- White Point Gardens - is full of big beautiful oak trees, lots of shade, and a cute little gazebo right in the middle of the park.
- Hampton Park is not on the water but does have a pond, some beautiful trees and flowers, and a cute little gazebo.
- BEACHES - If staying downtown, there are 2 options:
- Folly Beach ~ is about a 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic. It is a very beautiful, laid-back beach with great food and fun bars.
- Sullivan's Island ~ about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic from downtown. It is also a beautiful beach with a little more upscale dining and some fun pubs

Towels/mats- Let us know if your party needs to rent!
- Beach and the park we use supersize beach towels
