What is BACH?
BACH is the first app of its kind that helps groups plan, book and organize bachelor and bachelorette parties. BACH curates awesome activities, and also empowers group coordination and communication! Invite and chat with guests, track and split expenses, and build a personalized itinerary shared by the group, all while discovering incredible experiences!

We all know how stressful it can be to make plans as a group. BACH SAVES FRIENDSHIPS!


Why is BACH in all caps?
Because Bach was already taken.


How did BACH come about?
It all started with the same problems that drove you to our app! Our founder was stressed to the max after trying to plan his buddy’s bachelor party, and immediately began working to provide solutions to others enduring the same issues. Um, you’re welcome!

What is the benefit of booking activities through your app?
We provide a one-stop shop for everything related to your BACH party. With bookable experiences for you and your group to explore, a chat feature to keep the group in the loop and the ability to track all expenses, we take the headache out of the planning process. The benefit of booking experiences through us is that we provide seasonal discounts to the activities you see on our app throughout the year to give you the best deals.

Additionally, we thoroughly vet each experience and activity to ensure they uphold to our brand standards and are the best of the best in each city for YOU! Our relationship with our vendors ensures that all groups that book through BACH will have a more elevated experience with exceptional service during their travels.


EXPENSES

Can the app settle up owed expenses directly or charge your credit card in order to pay off the expenses you have incurred?

No, in the app’s current state you can not link your bank account or your Venmo account to pay your owed expenses. This feature of the app is meant to serve as a ledger to help keep track of who and what is owed, which we hope your group still finds useful. 

How do I edit an expense?
Go into the Expenses section of the app and select the expense you are looking to edit. You’ll see a pencil icon at the top right of the screen. Select the pencil and you’ll have the ability to edit the expense as needed. 

Payments: What payment methods do you accept?
BACH accepts all major credit card providers. 

What are processing fees?
The Service Fee is calculated by a variety of factors including but not limited to fees associated with credit card processing, length of reservation, and unique characteristics of the group experience. 

When will I be charged for my booking?
All charges occur immediately upon booking your reservation. 

Is my credit card information secure? 
You bet. We're PCI compliant, which means that we've been certified for maintaining a secure environment. 

Do you accept cancellations/exchanges?
Cancellation policies vary by activity and experience. If a product has a unique cancellation policy, it will be listed on its product page under the Cancellation Policy section.

I’m having difficulty booking / I’m seeing a credit card error / I’m having a technical problem. What do I do?
Please email info@thebach.com or call us at 1-844-777-BACH for immediate assistance. 

When can I expect my refund?
All refunds depend on the user’s specific bank but typically arrive in 5 to 7 business days.


CUSTOMER SUPPORT

If there’s an issue with my reservation upon arrival, who do I contact?
Please contact the vendor ASAP. Also, reach out to BACH at info@thebach.com  so we can step in on your behalf.


ACCOUNT INFORMATION

How can I update my personal info?

You can edit your name and your “About You” section by tapping “Your Profile” in Settings. You can change your credit card information easily the next time you're making a booking by adding a new credit card. To change your email address, you'll need to reach out to us at info@thebach.com as you’re currently unable to do so directly in the app.

How do I turn on notifications for BACH?

Go into the settings on your phone and press notifications. Scroll down to BACH and turn ON! 


RESERVATIONS

Is there insurance on my reservation?

Any insurance policy is directly through the service provider. Contact the vendor to see if your reservation is insured. 

How can I add/remove people to my reservation/booking?

When a booking is made in a party with more than one person and not everyone is added to the original booking, the other members will now see a "Buy My Ticket" link on the itinerary event in both Chat & the Itinerary page. They can tap that link to purchase their own ticket.
To remove someone, please reach out to info@thebach.com and review the cancellation policy provided by the service provider. We will make our best effort to assist you as best as possible. 

How will I get my confirmation/receipt?

You will be emailed your receipt and confirmation. 

How will the weather impact my reservation?

Details regarding weather and cancellations are case-by-case and vendor specific. 

I’m running late. Can I change my pickup/booking time?

Please contact the vendor your reservation is with. They will be able to assist you based on your specific reservation.

What if there’s a travel emergency and I can’t make my reservation?

Please contact customer support at info@thebach.com with your booking information and concern. 

Why haven't I received a confirmation email for my reservation?
Please contact customer support at info@thebach.com if you haven’t received a confirmation email.
